What we do
Capabilities
Confirmed KVMG services only. Machine tonnage, tolerances, coating thickness and throughput appear here only once the client supplies verified figures.
Moulding
Plastic injection moulding
What it is: manufacture of injection-moulded plastic components and sub-assemblies.
Your inputs: component drawings, application, expected quantities and target timeline.
Suitable for: automotive, lighting and general industrial moulded parts — see the product gallery.
Quality notes: dimensional accuracy, appearance and durability checks as agreed per component.
Finishing
Hard coating / surface finishing
What it is: cleaning, pre-treatment, spray-coating deposition, curing and inspection of lenses and finished components.
Your inputs: the lens or component, its application and finish requirements.
Suitable for: headlamp lenses, safety accessories and screens pictured on this site.
Quality notes: adhesion and specification checks after curing; coating values only as verified.
Post-moulding
Component finishing and handling
What it is: post-moulding operations stated on the current site — aluminizing of reflectors, vibration and ultrasonic welding, and assembly of plastic components.
Your inputs: the moulded components and the joint or assembly requirement.
Suitable for: reflector, lamp and assembled component applications.
Quality notes: joint and assembly checks as agreed per component.
Engineering
Engineering and production coordination
What it is: CAD and CAE solutions for high-precision plastic components, such as melt-flow analysis and product design and development, plus coordination from enquiry to dispatch readiness.
Your inputs: application description and whatever design data exists — from sketch to full drawings.
Suitable for: new components and design-for-manufacture discussions.
Quality notes: feasibility and requirement review before production.
Assurance
Inspection and quality checks
What it is: dimensional, visual and surface-finish checks with documentation and batch identification, using the measuring equipment pictured here.
Your inputs: your acceptance criteria, drawings and any customer-specific quality requirements.
Suitable for: any component where checks are agreed before production.
Quality notes: no certification or defect-rate promises without evidence; see the quality approach.
