1. Data collected through forms

The enquiry form on the contact page collects only what you type into it:

• Name, company name, work email and, if you provide it, phone number.
• Enquiry type, product or application category, estimated quantity and target timeline.
• Your message describing the component requirement.
• A record that you accepted this privacy notice (the consent checkbox).

No file uploads, accounts, or checkout exist on this site, so no other personal data is collected through it.

2. Purpose of use

These details are used only to receive, review and respond to your enquiry and for directly related business communication. They are not used for marketing subscriptions or unrelated promotion.

3. Who receives form submissions

Submissions are emailed to KVMG's enquiry inbox. Your address is used as the reply-to address so the team can answer you. KVMG does not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

4. Retention and deletion

Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and to meet legal and contractual record-keeping obligations. You may ask for access, correction or deletion of your details at any time by writing to v.gopinathan@gmoulding.com; deletion applies subject to those same obligations.

6. Third-party services

The redesigned pages (Home, About, Hard Coating, Products, Contact and this notice) load no analytics, advertising or tracking services. Some older pages on this site still load Google Analytics; form contents — names, emails, phone numbers and messages — are never sent to analytics from any page.

7. Cookies

This site sets a single session cookie when you open the enquiry form. It exists only to protect the form against forgery and spam, is marked HttpOnly with SameSite protections, and disappears when you close the browser. Older pages may set Google Analytics cookies. No consent banner is shown because the redesigned pages set no optional or tracking cookies.

8. Security

Enquiries travel over HTTPS, are validated on the server, and mail credentials are kept out of published files. Server errors are logged without personal data. No online system is completely secure, and this notice does not promise otherwise.

9. Changes to this notice

If practices change — for example a new analytics provider, acknowledgement emails, or file uploads — this notice will be updated and the effective month above revised. Continued use of the site after posting means the updated notice applies.
